Step 2

Your Container is Loaded on a Special Truck for Delivery

Our driver will load your container onto a special container delivery truck, and strap it down for travel to your location.

When your service details have been agreed upon, your dumpster delivery will be scheduled. On delivery day, your container will be loaded onto one of our container delivery trucks. This truck is different then our regular garbage trucks, it’s much smaller and cannot dispose of waste.

The bed of the truck is mechanical, and has a fork to lift the container. The container is lifted onto the truck and secured with ratchet straps to ensure safe transport. Once the container is loaded and secured on the truck, it’s ready to deliver.

Step 3

The Container is Delivered to Your Location

The driver makes his way to your business, and delivers it exactly where you want it on your property. If you’ve already provided drop off details, it’s not necessary for you to be onsite during delivery.

When the truck arrives to your  location, your dumpster will be lowered down from the delivery truck. It will be placed exactly where you want it, like in a corral, or beside your building.  Please note: Because our delivery trucks carry multiple customer’s dumpsters at once, our driver may have to off-load and set another customer’s dumpster to the side while your dumpster is delivered.

Step 4

Your Weekly Garbage Service Begins

Weekly service begins after your container has been delivered. Your regular garbage truck driver is notified of your location, and your business will be added to the weekly schedule.

Once the dumpster is placed, you’re all set! Your garbage will be regularly picked up and disposed of on the day(s) you chose. If you have any questions our local staff is just a phone call away.

Yes. Sometimes multiple containers are the best solution for a business. Multiple containers work well for:
• Large industries or campuses with many buildings
• Businesses with garbage and recycling service
• Tight areas that are difficult for our trucks to access may need multiple wheeled containers to meet your garbage volume needs.

Two Types of Dumpster Service – What’s the Difference?

Permanent Commercial Container

Commercial containers are for businesses that need weekly removal of waste or recycling. Frequently called dumpsters, commercial containers are a permanent solution for business waste. The container remains on site after waste is collected each week.

Temporary Clean Up Dumpsters

Temporary dumpsters are used for construction and clean up projects. Construction dumpsters are usually a one-time use solution. These dumpsters hold large volumes of material. Both the dumpster and the material are removed from the site once they are full.
